Terms & Conditions

Please review the rules, terms, and agreements governing your policy changes, portal access, and accounts with Pathfinder.

Last Updated: July 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and utilizing the web platform of Path Finder Insure, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using our web tools and policy modification services immediately.

2. Policy Management & Modifications

Our digital dashboard allows you to manage active policies in real-time. By processing adjustments online, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • Accuracy of Information

When you request to add a vehicle or add a person, you must provide strictly accurate, up-to-date, and honest details. Falsifying risk details can render your coverage null and void.

  • Removal Protocols

If you choose to remove a vehicle or remove a person, coverage for that specific asset or driver ceases immediately upon processing. Claims occurring after the processed removal date will not be honored.

  • Premium Recalculations

Any online changes to drivers or vehicles represent a modified risk profile. Your rate will be recalculated dynamically, resulting in mid-term invoice adjustments.

3. Cancellation Terms

All active insurance policies are subject to our standard, state-approved cancellation policy. Under these conditions:

  • You retain the right to request cancellation of your coverage at any time via written notice, phone, or our secure online update forms.
  • Terminating a policy mid-term triggers calculations under the provisions outlined in our Refund Policy.
  • Failure to pay scheduled premiums will result in a standard grace period warning, followed by policy termination as authorized by local insurance regulations.

4. Portal Security & Authorized Use

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your policy account login credentials. You agree that any request to update details—including but not limited to adding or removing drivers and assets—submitted using your credentials will be considered an authorized directive processed directly by you.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Path Finder Insure works diligently to maintain 100% portal uptime. However, we are not liable for delayed transactions, underwriting delays, or processing errors caused by third-party database outages, localized network failures, or incorrect customer data entries.

Legally Binding

Updating your policy details online carries the same legal weight as a paper contract change. Ensure all provided details are correct before hitting submit.

  • True & accurate data submission
